1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for the same product in a different size, color, or design within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition. If the desired exchange item is not available, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@arohini.com or call +91 00000 11111 with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Please pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: personalized or custom-made products, items marked as final sale, gift cards, downloadable digital products, and items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once production has begun on custom items, cancellations are not possible. For standard items, cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@arohini.com and we will investigate the matter.

11. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service. Refunds for international orders may take up to 14 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
