We strive to ensure that our handcrafted mementos and products are described as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content available on the website is completely accurate, current, or error-free. As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may occur.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and estimated delivery time.
Custom and personalized orders require advance payment and are non-refundable once production has begun. Design approval must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the design proof. Any delays in approval may affect the delivery timeline.
We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before we begin processing your order. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability. Arohini is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Custom and personalized items are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Arohini Crafts & Graphics Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Arohini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
